Grievance redressal Mechanism

Grievance redressal for examination and assessment is implemented through the examination committee for both external and internal exams. The students are encouraged to represent the grievances relating to Internal and External Evaluations to the examination committee. The Committee consists of Convener, Co-Convener and members. In case of unresolved concerns, students can bring the matter to the notice of department in-charges and even approach the Head of the institution.

The grievance redressal mechanism is time bound and ensures transparent and prompt resolution of the issues, ultimately relieving students of unnecessary stress. The internal grievances are addressed in one week. Grievances relating to the External Examinations are intimated to the university and resolved as per its norms. Issues like revaluation, name correction, mistakes in question papers, out of syllabus questions, Hall Ticket issues etc.. are resolved.
